Job description: 6 month contract (scope for extension) | Remote within IrelandOur client is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to support their vendor change management processes.You will serve as a key facilitator for internal change requests, ensuring efficient intake, review, and execution of requests while maintaining governance standards and promoting continuous process improvementKey Responsibilities:

  • Review and triage incoming change requests in accordance with VCM processes.
  • Conduct intake calls with internal requestors and facilitate the end-to-end change management cycle.
  • Perform governance and compliance checks to ensure alignment with documentation standards.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to track, communicate, and report progress on multiple active change requests.
  • Identify and escalate roadblocks, risks, and high-priority issues to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Schedule and manage events related to request milestones, including submission, review, scheduling, and launch.
  • Support the prioritization of change requests through forums and leadership reporting.
  • Monitor progress through structured tools, flag stagnant tickets, and ensure timely response across all request phases.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to recommend and support process optimizations, including automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and collaborate closely with Global Risk Operations and Complicated Operations teams.
  • Prepare materials, reports, and documentation as needed for status updates and stakeholder communications.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Timely triage and movement of requests with no escalations.
  • Clear, proactive communication and consistent stakeholder engagement.
  • Effective issue escalation and resolution management.
  • Use of structured tools to track and report progress accurately.

Tools Used: Spreadsheets, internal workflow and tracking systems, email, work chat platforms.Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, process optimization, supply chain logistics, or operations management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a structured, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to governance and compliance processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with large-scale technology companies.
  • Familiarity with change management tools and frameworks.
  • Background in continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.

Note: This is a contract position supporting our client through a vendor engagement. Candidates must be able to manage 5-10 open change requests per week, facilitating their progress from intake through to successful delivery.
