We’re looking for a 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫/𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to take ownership of third-party supplier relationships ensuring performance, issue resolution, and service continuity across IT operations. This role plays a key part in cross-functional collaboration and directly supports the stability and quality of IT services. . This is a permanent position with a leading entity in the oil and gas sector, requiring both office-based and remote work, with occasional travel as needed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Fluxys ICT to ensure secure, stable, and resilient IT platforms.
  • Ensure that new functionalities introduced as part of Project Change are included in the service catalogue.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of applications, ensuring high performance and accurate reporting.
  • Manage and resolve escalated support issues between the business and Fluxys ICT or third-party vendors.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance all reporting and KPI monitoring of ICT products and services provided by Fluxys ICT, including cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team on rolling out new services, policies, and procedures across the company and IT estate.
  • Maintain effective working relationships across the Group to optimise service delivery and leverage knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in IT service management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Desk operations and management.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles.
  • Experience in managing third-party IT service providers and vendors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience with cybersecurity management is advantageous.
