Job description: The RoleVendor Support Co-ordinatorLocation: BristolSalary: £28,641 plus a fantastic range of benefitsJoin a high-performing team at the heart of our Auction business!We’re looking for a Vendor Support Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional service to key vendor accounts and ensure smooth, efficient auction sales. Based in our fast-paced Bristol branch, you’ll be part of the Service Delivery team, supporting both vendors and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.What You Will Be Doing

  • Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of key vendor accounts, ensuring all admin is accurate, efficient, and within SLA
  • Support on sale days – from customer interaction to being present on the rostrum or assisting with Simulcast auctions
  • Share your expertise internally, providing valuable input for marketing campaigns and account strategies
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to deliver insights that enhance customer reviews and drive improvements
  • Handle customer queries across phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care – escalating when needed
  • Assist with provisional bids, making sure they’re logged pre-sale and followed up post-sale
  • Own the post-sale process, ensuring all paperwork meets customer expectations and is completed without delay
  • Maintain accurate documentation and systems (like AIMS) to keep auctions and accounts running smoothly
  • Build strong vendor relationships by delivering top-tier support and consistently high service levels
