Job description: MissionAs a VIE Equipment Performance & Digital Tools Coordinator, your mission is to support the rollout and adoption of equipment performance tools and digital maintenance systems across the designated regions. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency by training field teams, promoting best practices in equipment data tracking, and ensuring alignment with long-term performance and sustainability objectives. Working closely with workshop managers, regional equipment leaders, and industrial performance teams, you will help embed a culture of data-driven decision-making in equipment management.Responsibilities
- Training workshop and fleet managers and assistants to use e-shop software as the reference tool to assess the EQuip BU P&L.
- Promote and train the use of the Work Orders in the scheduling and technical and financial recording of the maintenance.
- Promote and train the cost allocation of diesel cost to each asset as per Copernic rules.
- Make sure that data from Hot Mix Plants telematics goes all the way through to the Hamp Report and train the key users to get the best from the summary.
- Follow up the Carbon Trajectory and make sure it is consistent with the Capex 10-Year Plan.
Stakeholders
- Denmark as a primary footprint.
- Only when previous goals’ actions are launched, assist Iceland with the maintenance work orders and the Asphalt Plants telematics. Short period of time visits only and remote assistance from Denmark.
- Interacts with the Denmark Equipment Senior Manager – to whom the VIE reports to and the Regional Equipment Director.
- Contracting fleet: workshop managers, fleet assistants, Paris Head Office equipment performance experts.
- Hot Mix Plants: Plant managers, Denmark Manufacturing Senior Manager, EMEA Asphalt Plants Director.
Profile
- Degree: Master’s in mechanical engineering of industry.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience is a plus.
- Tools: Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Knowledge: Principles & Metrics of industrial equipment performance – M2M communication.
- Soft skills: Sharing the knowledge, able to work in multicultural environments, good at onboarding people.
- Travel: Paris and Iceland.
- Language: Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Driver’s license: Light vehicle.
