Job description: Job Description:Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesYour role and responsibilities?The mission of the Program Launch Performance Improvement Coordinator VIE is to contribute to program performance and deployment of program tools on world perimeter.The role can be summarized in three parts:
1. Provide support on critical programs by supporting process experts and plant program teams in their roles
2. Contribute to program performance by deploying lean tools and support digitalization in all regions
3. Support Program Launch network animation through trainings and network mapping workshopsThe main missions of the role are:1. Provide expertise on critical programs by supporting process experts and plant program teams in their roles
- Keep overview of critical launches and key activities to monitor in all regions
- Link with plant and program teams during escalation
- Specific support to local team in CZ plants.
2. Contribute to program performance by deploying lean tools and support digitalization in all regions
- Support world wide deployment of eLaunchbook and development of new functionalities
- Roll-out new PMS (Program Management System) to operations
- Define Launch standards for all regions and support deployment (eLaunchRoom, program weekly meeting, plant program governance,…)
3. Support Program Launch network animation through trainings and network mapping workshops
- Become Forvia University trainer for Forvia Launch Silver level
- Manage network expertise and launch best practice sharing through monthly communications
- Support mapping of network and implementation of process expertise matrix on all regions
Your profile and competencies to succeedQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Master’s degree in EngineeringExperience:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment.
- Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI’s within perimiter
Skills and competencies
- Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
- Fluent English language knowledge: written and spoken
- Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans
