Job description:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy through regular audits
• Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments to streamline logistics operations
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation
• Support the warehouse team with scheduling, resource planning, and day-to-day operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
