Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as a Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of communication and marketing.Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be involved in the further development and maintenance of a structured plan for all existing communication channels – including their interrelationships, target groups, etc.
• You support the creation of presentations and the distribution of new content (e.g. videos, internal social media posts, SharePoint pages, newsletters, etc.).
• You support team members in the creation of content (and the associated analysis) for training courses and in participating in global events
• You will regularly check the performance of the content and make adjustments if necessary

• You are currently studying in a Master’s degree in marketing, communication, change management or a related field
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance is an advantage
• You are at least for one year available
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially SharePoint, Viva Engage or comparable tools
• Knowledge of change management methods is a plus

Your attributes and skills:

• You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• You have a cooperative way of working and are creative
• You have a strong talent for writing, editing and storytelling in the field of content marketing and communication
