• Preparation and continuous updating of reports for C-level management, including the analysis and presentation of relevant key performance indicators to support strategic decision-makingProject and

Event Management

• Active involvement in the planning, organization, and execution of events, including the coordination of external service providers.

Development of Communication Materials

• Independent creation of various communication materials (e.g., reports, social media posts, newsletters) in collaboration with international organizational units.

Support in Marketing Campaigns

• Assistance in the implementation of global and local marketing campaigns, including coordination and performance monitoring of all activities.

• You are currently studying Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have prior knowledge in the areas of marketing and communications
• A commercial apprenticeship or relevant internships are a plus
• You have fluent German and English skills and are proficient in MS Office
• Strong planning and organizational skills, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset complete your profile
• You have at least 18 months remaining in your studies
• Working hours are 15-20 hours per week (typically 2-3 days)

Details:

• This position is for enrolled students looking for a part-time role alongside their studies (Working Student position).
• We are seeking a long-term collaboration: applicants should have at least three semesters remaining in their studies.
• Applicants must hold a valid work authorization for employment within the European Union.
